We offer two sales options namely:

First Option : ACQUISITION DIRECT

• Application fees: 100,000 CFA francs per plot
• Contribution 1,500,000 CFA
• Balance payable monthly over 36 months with monthly payments of 83,333 CFA

Second Option : ACQUISITION OF COOPERATIVE OPTION

• The monthly payments are fixed at 125,000 CFA francs over a period of 36 months.
